I drink one of these everyday. Definitely not for the taste, but it’s got all the goods. Lots of digestive and anti-inflammatory benefits!

This makes 3 of these containers. I’m not really a measuring gal. So gauge it and do what works for you!

  • 3 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar (make sure it has the “mother” otherwise it’s worthless)
  • 1-2 tsp turmeric
  • Fresh ginger minced
  • Dash of cayenne pepper
  • Dash of fresh black pepper
  • Half a lemon

Whisk together and separate into 3 small containers. Just shake and drank! This way you’re more likely to actually do it, since it’s already made. You could obviously adjust to make more or less, I just don’t have anymore bottles and I like the convenience of the small jar.

(You will soon learn that I love glass jars.)

Anyway – this works for me! I would suggest not taking it on an empty stomach. The acid can eat away the stomach layer. So I’ll usually take it mid-morning after I’ve got some food in me.
